Throughout his career, Uras has advised, invested in, and helped grow companies across a wide range of industries, including medical aesthetics, luxury aviation, yacht brokerage, hospitality, fitness, food and beverage, professional services, and home services. His expertise spans strategic planning, capital raising, business funding, brand positioning, operational development, executive hiring, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
The businesses Uras has invested in, advised, helped scale, or assisted in raising capital for have collectively produced more than $500 million in revenue, reflecting the breadth and impact of the companies he has helped build. He has also participated in raising growth capital and has taken strategic equity positions in select businesses where he believes in the long-term vision, leadership, and potential.
Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Uras is now based in Miami, Florida, where he works with businesses and investment opportunities throughout the United States.

Throughout her career, Shaelynn has founded and developed multiple businesses, giving her firsthand experience navigating the entrepreneurial journey from initial concept and brand creation to launch, operations, marketing, and growth. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to bridge the gap between creative vision and business strategy, bringing both a founder’s perspective and a highly developed creative skill set to the companies and projects she works with.
